You will need any program that can unzip zip files,  like WinZip, or WinRar.
When you resize your design using the .EMB file with a program like  Wilcom Truesizer there is no guarantee the quality will remain the same.

The final result can depend on machine model, the thread that you use, fabric, stabilizer and tension.
These designs have been tested prior to upload.
